We are a little surprised over this review. You told us about the things you found on the terrace, 1 spot on the wall in the kitchen and the item left from previous guests.The miss with the 2 items left in the apartment probably occurred when we pushed the cleaners to be fast because you wanted to arrive 14.00 instead of 16.00 We were as surprised as you we offered you that we come over and fix this those things directly, that you declined. You also got 50 euro back the same day. The marks on the math came from you and you even gave me a reason for this when I asked you after you have left, when we noticed the stains. Any other thing you never told us. Very disappointing.

We have a hot tub to use at the upper private roof terrace. Three luxurious bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them ensuite. A Padel court is free to use during the stay. This is an excellent residential building with a beautiful and tropical style pool area that is overlooking the sea, mountains and all of the coastline.
Bayview Homes is a luxurious gated residential apartment complex with tropical gardens, a big communal swimming pool with views. It's a short 10 minute driving distance from Malaga airport to Bayview, Benalmadena.

Flat screen Smart Tv. Free 600 fibre internet, WIFI and tv channels in many languages. Outside area with a lounge set and a dinner table with eight chairs for breakfast outside or for evening dinners. Enjoy direct sea view while spending time at the terraces. The lower terrace is accessible from the living room and from one of the bedrooms, the upper floor has sliding doors to the outside terrace from the bedroom.
During the stay we offer 1 dedicated parking spots in the garage.

This is a great residential area located around 500m above Xanit International hospital in Benalmádena. Its around 1000m to the nearest supermarket Aldi and a car is recommended during the stay for shopping.

We enjoyed our stay and especially the spaciousness of the apartment and the view. Only a few things were not to our satisfaction: 1. Upon arrival, the cleaning of the apartment was not satisfactory. Stains on the wall, carpets and furniture, some forgotten items from the previous tenants, dust under the beds and the outside terrace was dirty with stains, brown marks, dust and cigarette buds. However, we found a salutation with the owner, and was satisfied by this. 2. The apartment is of a good Nordic standard, but some of the furniture and carpet (inside and outside) could use a cleaning or upgrade, because of stains. 3. Unlike the other apartments in the complex, there is no wall between this apartment and the next door apartment outside on the main terrace. It is only separated by a few plastic plants and a curtain. You feel very close to the neighbors and their conversations - and our neighbors daily smoking was not very pleasant for us. We had to close the doors to the apartment and bedroom a few times every day, because of the cigarette smoke. But over all, a good apartment with a fantastic view, with a little room for improvement though.

I can't fault the facilities or location of the villa. It really was a great place to stay. If I was to pick a small thing, it's just a bit too far out to walk into the main town. Only 10 mins taxi

overall a great experience, the gorgeous view just makes up for any nuances and imperfections. one objective con is the lack of privacy on the terrace. There is no physical separation with the neighboring apartment to the right, so you might end up to listening to other people's conversations and playlist, kids yelling and such for a few hours. And one subjective negative is that the beds were not very comfortable. but we did know that the beds are single, not queen size, so perhaps that was to be expected. overall can highly recommend this place, we had a great time there.

very clean modern and spacious with amazing views! Bus stop at the end of the road to take you into old town or down to the beach, you can call taxi’s 24Hr a day on WhatsApp. Free parking outside the apartment if you do want to hire car. It has something for everyone

Lovely apartment, beautifully clean when we arrived. Nice little touches on arrival in the kitchen like tea bags, water and some condiments to get us started. Hot tub was also great! Wonderful views. Lots of hills so bring your walking shoes! Great communication with hosts - very attentive.

Heerlijk luxe appartement!
Wat een fijne plek voor een vakamtie aan de costa del Sol. Voor ons het begin van een rondreis, heerlijk om hier even te acclimatiseren. +groot, fris, luxe +uitzicht: wow! -je moet overal je auto voor gebruiken, je kunt bijv niet even lopend naar een restaurant of winkel.
-jacuzzi had beter op het grote terras gekund, nu moest iedereen door de slaapkamer boven. Ook voor bejaarde moedertje lastig om steeds naar boven te lopen
