Thank you very much for a good review it means a lot to us. We agree the pool area is great and of great size and there would be space for loungers but at the moment the community has not decided to add loungers and we can not have 6 loungers in the apartment for guests to move back and forward up to the pool for space reasons and if anyone leaves the private loungers up there we would have an issue with the community and the gardeners. Otherwise we would gladly provide it. About the jacuzzi, we have only 1 automated email going out about the jacuzzi after 2 days no more. This 1 message we have for your safety as our guests so the water will stay healthy for you to use and also so we don't have to empty it before the next guests arrive,. It's many people that haven't used a jacuzzi before and many times its appreciated to know that we are here to help, normally in a few minutes. We did remove 40 euro for the missing pool card yes but this was after you told us you did not find it or offering us any compensation for the card at all, so it should not be a surprise really ? We attached the card to a chain key holder but you disconnected the card and thereafter lost it. The community is charging us a high fee for new cards because they want people to be careful with them and not loose them.

We are a family of 4. We enjoyed the modern apartment, space, and especially the hot tub. There plenty of space on both terraces to eat, sunbathe/relax. The WiFi and SMART TV was very much appreciated by the teenage kids. I would definitely recommend hiring a car as the hill from the coast is long. We had day drips to Ronda (1:30hrs) and Malaga city (20mins) which are both well worth visiting. Our favourite restaurants were Yuca (for breakfast and amazing sea views) and Escorpio (it's walking distance and has a great value taster menu).

Apartment was beautiful, very quiet and peaceful area with great decor. Hot tub was amazing and secluded. On top of a steap hill about an hours walk down to beach but bus and ubers easy to use (upto €20). Host was good in responding to queries and let us check out late also.

This was a lovely apartment with a great view. The decor is modern and it was very clean. We chose to use Ubers to get around as they were very cheap and easy. The shop is a short 15 minute walk down hill but would recommend getting a taxi back as it is very hilly. The swimming pool and hot tub were great, clean and although this apartment is located near the motorway, the noise is very minimal.

The home: The penthouse is a beautiful home; clean, beautifully maintained and nicely laid out. There was enough space for six people. The living space and kitchen area are beautiful and well-equipped, and the terrace and rooftop are extremely spacious. The jacuzzi was great too! The location: The grounds are secure and safe. The complex is a little out of the way in the hills of Benalmadena. If you like quiet then this is the place for you. The shared pool is a great size, and isn't overly busy. There is space to lounge however lounges are not provided. The host will ask you to provide a 100E deposit for the Jacuzzi. From reading the other reviews, I was sceptical as many previous guests had raised concerns. During our stay, the host frequently contacted us asking for updates on the Jacuzzi pH and chlorine levels. Although communication is friendly, this does retract a little from the relaxed nature of the holiday. The host also removed 40E from our jacuzzi deposit due misplacement of the pool access card, without communication. This felt a little crafty as the deposit was for meant for the Jacuzzi and the amount taken is a little extortionate.

We loved our stay in the apartment. The balcony and view was fabulous. Lots of space but could be a bit tight if 6 people. Ideal for 4. Well equipped kitchen, very clean, hot tub was excellent. Location is not central and on a steep hill. 1/2 hour walk to the village or Lidl or just over an hour walk to the beach, but we took Uber taxi everywhere and it’s quick and cheaper than a car rental if staying local during your stay. It was modern and perfect for our stay. Thank you!

The apartment looks amazing. Everything is brand new and very cosy. Very clean also. The jacuzzi was very nice and also very clean. There were two things we liked less about this accommodation. One is that there were cameras hanging. The host told us that they were off, but it felt strange. We put a sticker on them. The other thing is that the host kept massaging us about the maintenance of the jacuzzi. We followed all instructions, but still he seemed very worried it was not ok.

What a lovely appartment! Exactly as on the pictures and the view from the balcony is even better than the pictures . Everything was new and well maintained with super special enjoyment of the jacuzzi! Friendly and responsive host, very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place!
