This is a semidetached house with 2 terraces and private entrance at the prestigious Puebla Aida, Mijas Golf. It is a traditional style home but at the same time a modern home. The home is divided on 2 levels and with 2 terraces. Here you can enjoy a direct view over the pool nearest the apartment, golf course view and sea view. It's a 2 bedroom home with a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms

At the entrance level is a private garden area with stone paving, at this level you also find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. At the upper level is another bathroom, kitchen and a living room with access to the second terrace.

This holiday home offers a flat Smart Tv, Free high speed Wifi and a private gas barbecue.

This well kept traditional style area Puebla Aida, is situated at Mijas Golf 1000 metres from Mijas International Golf club. Here are 2 eighteen hole gol courses, Los Olivos and Los Lagos at Mijas Golf.

From Malaga Airport its around 35 minutes with car. There is also a bus route Mijas-Mijas Golf-Fuengirola (M-223) several times a day.

This is a duplex semidetached house with a nice, cosy and private outside space with Andalusian style. On the upper floor the main entrance is a street level and when you come in you find the living room and the kitchen as well as the upper terrace with amazing views over golf and the sea. A terrace with a sofa area, barbecue and sun loungers. Sunny terrace south facing. The lower part of the house has lovely private outside space between the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both ensuite.

This house offers free wifi and tv channels in different languages, 2 great outside spaces where you can choose to be in the sun or to relax in the shade. Washing machine, dishwasher and a complete kitchen. And a barbecue at the upper terrace. Spectacular views to enjoy.
