Comfortable poolfront holiday home with 2 bedrooms and terrace in Mijas Costa 5 km from Fuengirola.

Swimmingpool just in front of the private terrace and with some sea view. A well kept community in Spanish style.

You can enjoy Free WIFI and free air-condition in the apartment. From master bedroom you can also overlook the swimmingpool area and the community garden.

The pool is open all year at Las farolas.

This home is fully equipped for shorter or longer stays. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a full kitchen integrated with the living room. Maximum capacity is 4 persons. Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Easy access to A7 highway that get you to Malaga, Fuengirola and down to Gibraltar.

This property is professionally cleaned after every stay, and we’re taking extra care to disinfect high touch areas between guests.

Maybee some extra towels present? And we bought a new umbrella because the one in the house closed was broken.

Direct at the swimingpool and 5 min walk from the beach. Communication with Martino was great. The house is big enough for 4 people. Kitchen is well suplide, everything was present.

Bathrooms needs deep cleaning because of some mold, Also the balcony terras had some floor tiles broken.

Desværre var toilet/badeværelse præget af en ubehagelig kraftig kloaklugt gennem hele ugen. Vi forklarede værten det og dagen efter stillede de nogle duftmidler foran hoveddøren til afløb og rum. Desværre afhjalp det ikke problemet. Ingen opfølgning på problemet andet end duftmidlerne fra værtens side. Vi besluttede at leve med det. Vi orkede heller ikke at følge op, da vi hellere ville bruge vores energi på at holde ferie. Råd til de kommende gæster: sørg for at holde værten op på problemet. Værten er ikke proaktiv nok vedr. nævnte problem. Ellers var Lejligheden okay. Lidt mørk, men åbner man op og benytter verandaen er der lys nok.

Huis is klein maar fijn. Bij binnen komst met digitale slot. Alles is goed binnen zwembad heel dichtbij wat prettig is. Auto parkeren aan de achterkant dichtbij. Heb voorkant ingang niet meer gebruikt. ALLEEN JAMMER IK HEB 3 DAGEN NIET NORMAAL KUNNEN SLAPEN. Dat komt door mieren 🐜 wat niet normaal is. Heb eigenaar accommodatie gebeld die vertelde me een fles onder de kraan. Nadien heb ik elke keer middelen moeten kopen om het te bestrijden. Toen ik meneer sprak voor een redelijke compensatie wou hij er niks over horen. Hij vond het dood normaal om mieren binnen huis te krijgen. Je kon niet eens normaal op balkon zitten en ze zaten in je onderbroek. Die heel omgeving vol met mieren. Dus dan had hij het moeten regelen voordat iemand huis huurde. (Ik wou dit niet zo plaatsen ik heb wel van andere dagen genoten goeie omgeving dichtbij de A7 alleen ik verwachte tenminste een klein gebaar maar helaas.

The autopista nearby was a shock. The local beach was rocky and grey. We liked the restaurant 2 min walk away. It was a

I loved the pool and the surrounding gardens . Residents there were friendly. The apartment was of a good quality and we had a good kitchen.

The location was too far away from places without a car although we did catch a bus to the nearest beach resort, La Cala de Mijas which has good beaches and restaurants. It’s very pleasant.
