In order to validate a reservation, our customers must provide proof of payment and the following information:
Identity No. or Passport No.
Address / Neighborhood / City / ZIP Code
Property Entry Time / Flight # (if by Air)
Property Exit Time
Name of other guests (if any);
Payment, Reservation, Rent and Security Deposit
To book one of our properties, we require a booking confirmation deposit of 10% of the total rental amount. The remainder of the rental amount will be charged 30 days before entering the property.
Payment for the 10% of the reservation may be made by Credit card or by cash payment at our office.
Your reservation will be validated as soon as SOLRENTSPAIN reservations department sends a confirmation email after reservation payment is made. If, for any reason beyond our management's control, the leased property is no longer available, we offer our clients the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.
Payment for the remainder of the cleaning fee / bedlinen fee, if any, must be made at the time of signing the contract and handing over the keys. The security deposit shall be settled with card upon arrival (fully refundable)
COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY:
Our standard payment policy lets you pay only 10% to reserve your stay and the final payment to be paid 30 days before the arrival. Within 30 days before the arrival we apply a non refundable policy and the final reserve amount should be settled in full.
Due to COVID-19 we now apply a FLEXIBLE DATES POLICY 2020 that means that if any travel restrictions will be applied for your booked dates, you can re-schedule your holiday dates for free or get a voucher to use at Any of our holiday homes later.
IMPORTANT In case of a direct government travel ban into Spain due to Covid-19 Coronavirus, we refund your stay in full if you can not re-schedule your dates, minus 3% administration fee
Check In Time: 16h-20h (Later checkin at request and is subject to a late fee)
The customer is required to inform us of their arrival time and to give us their contact number. Without this information, check-in cannot be done. In the SOLRENTSPAIN check-in process the customer will need to call our check-in department (available 24/7), (+34) 665 34 17 75), up to 2 hours before your arrival at the property. After we receive the call, one of our staff will wait for you at the entrance of the booked property.
Check Out Time: Latest 10.00h
A SOLRENTSPAIN employee will meet you at your apartment (the time will be scheduled in advance in the rental agreement) to examine the property, receive the keys and the return of the security deposit will be made later that day, back to the credit card. In some properties we use self-checkout, this will be agreed upon the arrival.
Cancellation and reservation changes
In case of cancellation or no show, the amount of the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There will be no refund of rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave the apartment before the deadline. Changes to booking dates will only be allowed upon written confirmation from SOLRENTSPAIN. If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival there is no refund for the reservation amount.

SOLRENTSPAIN has the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement, without any refund of amounts paid by the customer, if one of the following occurs: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website, neighborhood peace disturbance and / or violation of condo rules, party arrangements, illicit drug use, pets without our permission, non-payment of full rent or security deposit.
If the reserved property has internet or cable TV connection, SOLRENTSPAIN assumes no responsibility for any connectivity issues or inconveniences arising therefrom. These services are provided by telecommunication companies and are beyond our control. In the event of problems and disturbances with Internet connectivity or TV signal, no rent will be refunded.
Responsibilities and obligations of our guests
The guest assumes full responsibility for the property they rented as well as any item belonging to the condo. The same applies to other residents and visitors. The client and all apartment occupants and visitors must comply with the condominium regulations and its rules. Fines imposed by the condominium management for non-compliance with the rules will be immediately paid by the client. Additionally they may also lead to a premature termination of the rental agreement without any refund.
There are condos that do not allow visitors to enter. Please contact us before making any reservations where visitors are expected, so that we can provide a more suitable property.
