Comment This duplex apartment is stylish, clean and very well proportioned. The open plan living area (located on the upper floor) is complimented by the breakfast / dining balcony with excellent views. Downstairs are two good sized bedrooms, both en-suite with lots of storage space. The twin room at the rear accesses onto the rear patio area (where the washing machine is located). The master bedroom has a huge queen sized bed and a bath with good shower in the en-suite. It accesses onto a large balcony with 3 loungers and a lounge chair. Again with excellent views of the coastline. You can see the pool area from both balconies. Overall, the accommodation is excellent, with all amenities you will need. The pool is a reasonable size with comparable grassed area around the pool. Access into the pool is by ladders but this is ok. There are only 10 loungers, which reflects the space around the pool (but do note there are 40 homes for this one pool which might make it quite busy at certain times although for most of our time there, it was quite quiet in terms of the number of people). The location is great (recommend you havs a car although buses are availanle nearby). It is 7 mins drive into Fuengirola and 7 mins drive up to Mijas Peublo. It would be wrong for me to not mention the works going on at one area around the pool, to make a new deckjng area. It took us by surprise and was a bit annoying due to some noise. We were informed that the owners were not made aware by the residents committee, which is why we were not made aware.. i wouldn't let this put you off, just check is booking. In summary, overall the place is very good and perfect for a family or group of 4 (sofa bed in living area, so 6 could stay there). I would recommend it to others.
