A modern renovated ground floor apartment with grassed outside space 300m from the beach.

Fully equipped 1 bedroom plus a double sofa bed, with air-condition/heating, sun loungers, washing machine, Wifi, Nespresso maker and much more. If you open the terrace doors you will be able to view the sea, and have access to the garden. 15m from the apartment you find the swimming pool for cooling down during hot sunny days in Spain. Near golf course, El Chaparral Golf.


Fully equipped kitchen for short and long stays. Bedlinen and towels is included in the final cleaning price.

This apartment is professionally cleaned between guests.


Easy access to the beach and the A7 highway that goes to Fuengirola, Malaga and Marbella. There are buses going along the highway in both directions. Walking path to the beach, 300m. Walking distance to small supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants. Perfect for relaxing holidays.


Our guests have the holiday home to themselves always. The swimming pool is shared with other apartments in the building. Parking is subject to availability.


During the stay we have support for apartment issues over email and whats app.


Residential well kept area, near the beach with both villas and apartments. Nearest golf course 2 min away with car, El Chaparral Golf course


Taxi is easy to get by calling Mijas taxi. Bus route along A7 highway in both directions. Nearest airport is Malaga.

Lovely seaview apartment on the Costa de Sol

Great location. Apartment good size. Lovely grounds. Great sea view. Nice pool. Responsive service from rental management. Friendly neighbours. Great to have the small washing machine for light quick laundry loads. I would return for another stay.

Some things need a deep cleaning which was reported to the management company so hopefully addressed already. Spanish locks are much different than Canadian locks (Spanish need 3 turns Canadian only need 1 turn) so it was difficult to get into the apartment when first arrived which was frustrating in the middle of the night, would have been good to have explicit instructions. Also a summary of all needed info such as Wi Fi name and password, operation of locks, air conditioner instructions, etc. IN ONE PLACE either beforehand or in the apartment on arrival would have been great as I received info in bits and pieces.

We booked an apartment last year that had to be cancelled due to travel restrictions but Solrentspain gave us a voucher to use this year. We booked another apartment in July but had to push it back to August and Solrentspain were so helpful in finding alternative accommodation. The apartment where we finally stayed in August was just lovely - spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend Solrentspain and will use them again in the future.
